Verduyn Architecture were approached by a long-standing client to design their new offices in Barcelona. The project consists of fully refurbishing an existing but outdated office space of 980 square meters. The work included new mechanical and electrical services, new bathrooms and shower facilities to encourage cycling, and a new layout that would promote collaborative work.

 

The result is a welcoming and productive office that offers flexibility in use. A new café area allows for informal collaboration, a multipurpose room allows for training, seminars, and workshops. Throughout the floor are meeting spaces ranging from standing meeting rooms to video conference facilities to private 2 people booths.

 

We worked with Barcelona based Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers Castiel as well as Contractors ISG to deliver this exceptional office space.
