One of two developments in Derbyhaven on adjacent sites. This, the first, is for a new build house on the site of a former boat repair yard.

The design is for an open plan living space on the first floor, with expansive glazing and balcony, making the most of the coastal views towards the Langness Peninsula. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, each en-suite.

As the site is in a prominent location as you enter Derbyhaven, it was important to complement the architecture of the neighbouring properties while creating a house for contemporary living.
