This end of terrace property, situated in the Peel Conservation Area, is currently undergoing substantial construction work. Verduyn Architecture were commissioned to design a new two-story extension, a loft conversion, as well as an outside entertainment area. The result of which is a total transformation creating a contemporary home which makes the most of the beautiful views across Peel Hill and towards Peel Castle.

 

The extension is clad in Scottish Larch and constructed in Amvic Insulated Concrete Forms, an innovative construction material of high-density polystyrene providing a high level of thermal insulation and energy-efficiency.
